Your audio is temporary.
This policy explains what ToTube Audio processes, why it is needed, and the choices available to visitors. It was last materially updated on August 24, 2026.
Temporary file processing
Uploaded source files and processed results are kept in isolated temporary job directories. The cleanup worker deletes them automatically after one hour by default. We do not build a permanent media library and do not use uploaded audio to train models.
Operational information
We may retain the selected tool, job state, technical media measurements, timestamps, error information, and a one-way IP hash for abuse prevention, capacity planning, reliability, and security. Private filenames and uploaded media content are not sent to analytics.
Cookies and local storage
The site may store essential preferences such as language, appearance, job access, and administrative session state. If advertising or audience measurement is enabled, Google and approved advertising partners may use cookies, device information, or similar technologies to deliver, measure, limit, and—where you consent—personalize ads.
Advertising choices
Visitors in regions requiring consent will be shown a consent message before advertising storage or personalization is used. Depending on location and availability, you can reject non-essential purposes, manage choices, or receive non-personalized advertising.
Security
Files are checked by extension allow-list, magic-byte inspection, and FFprobe analysis before processing. FFmpeg receives validated argument arrays rather than raw shell commands. No internet service can promise absolute security, so do not upload material whose processing risk you cannot accept.
